Athena's Lipstick is meant to be someplace I can let down my hair... and I do love hair. There will be silly thoughts, deep thoughts, good writing and bad writing, but it's all about the beauty within and, of course, the beauty without. Because we all know they do coexist, however hard we try to banish one or the other. And because beauty is art, and art is fun. Fashion can be like wearing a poem. It's expression. It's creativity. And I'm a girl. I just like it. There's a part of me that feels obligated to wax on about the cosmic meaning and purpose of Beauty... but no. Maybe I'll save it for another time, maybe not.
